The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. We could easily walk to the famous balcony and the main square in just a few minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with suggestions on what to see and do in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in our room every morning.
The room temperature was not warm enough during the winter, a bit uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated right in the heart of the old town, you'll find yourself surrounded by charming restaurants, shops, and all the sights Verona has to offer. And the best part? Some rooms even have a view of Juliet's famous balcony, adding a touch of romance to your stay.

Cleanliness: The hotel was super clean and well-maintained. Location close to everything we wanted to see: It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Close to fine restaurants: There were plenty of amazing dining options just steps away from the hotel. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with everything you want to see in Verona within close proximity. It is conveniently located near the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, providing outstanding service. The suites offer a historic view, with some even overlooking the famous balcony. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provide a comfortable stay, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their time in Verona.
Some guests have mentioned that the pillows in the rooms were not very comfortable, being flat and hard.

I had a great stay at the B&B in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. I even had a view of Juliet's balcony from my room! The staff was friendly and easy to deal with, making my stay more fun. The room was comfortable and clean, although a bit dark. Despite this, everything was well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was decent, although it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.
